  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 2 tablespoons collagen powder
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon
  • 1/3 ripe banana


  • Add all ingredients to a blender.
